There is nothing better than filling a bath full of relaxing warm water at the end of the day or a grueling workout and then adding in your favorite scent of Epsom salt bath soak. These bath soaks were created to help you relax and detox your body in a warm bath as well as soothe your senses in scents unique to Pälish.

What it is: A natural Epsom salt soak containing magnesium that may help the body get rid of toxins that are responsible for inflammation while also reducing swelling, stiffness, and pain.

Ingredients: Magnesium Sulfate (Epsom Salt), 100% organic essential oil blends.

Directions: Draw a warm bath, the water should be very warm -- not hot, but comfortable to the touch. Add the Epsom salts while the water is running to help them dissolve. Based on amount of water or size of the tub, one or more packets is recommended for best result.
